Fish Curry With Mustered Paste Recipe - Indian Style

Today in this episode i want show you how to make fish curry with white mustered seeds paste.It is very yummy and very simple to make.I am going to show you very very easy way to make it.This type of curry is very much popular in Assam and west Bengal India.You can take any kind of fish that you like.This fish curry loves every people except vegetarian peoples.Only few ingredients needed. Lets see what ingredients we will need.

Ingredients:
Fish                    3-4 pieces (Any kind of Fish)
Mustered seeds paste       3 spoon
Turmeric powder               1/2 spoon
Green chilli                       1
Coriander leaves               few
Salt to taste
Tomato                            1 chopped
Ginger garlic paste           1 spoon
Red chilli powder              1/2 spoon
Coriander powder              1/2 spoon

Method:
First marinate the fish with pinch of salt and turmeric powder and fry it in hot oil for 4-5 minutes. Now in the same oil put the  turmeric powder . Next add ginger garlic paste and stir it.Add green chilli and chopped tomato. Add salt into the mixture and stir it and let it cook for few minutes and put the cover.After few minutes add the red chilli powder,coriander powder and 3 spoon of mustered paste and give it a stir. Now add half cup of water and let it cook for 2 minutes. After few minutes add the fried fish into the mixture and let cook for few minutes and then it will be done.Put the chopped coriander leaves and your fish with mustered curry is ready for serve.I am telling you its smell is so yummm.
