Chicken Kofta Curry or Chicken Meat Balls Curry - Indian Style

In this episode i want to show you how to make Chicken kofta curry or Chicken meat balls curry with spices.This recipe is very popular in in India ,Pakistan,Turkey, Azerbijanian and many more countries.This is a really really yummy recipe and very easy to make.So lets see how to make this awesome Chicken Kofta.

Ingredients:

For the Chicken meatballs:

minced chicken            1 cup
Garam masala powder   1/2 spoon
Salt                              1/2 spoon
Red Chilli powder           1/2 spoon
Bread crumbs                2 spoon

For the Gravy :

Onion                        1 medium size
Red chilli powder        1 spoon
Coriander powder        1 spoon
Cumin powder            1/2 spoon
Turmeric powder         1/4 spoon
Ginger garlic               2 spoon
Cinnamon                  1 stick
Cardamom                 2-3
Black paper powder    1/4 spoon
Garam masala powder 1/2 spoon

Method:

In a bowl add the minced chicken , bread crumbs, salt,red chilli powder and garam masala. Mix it well and make a dough.Now make the balls from the dough.Take a small portion of chicken mixture and make it round balls using your both pumps.Set aside.
Complete whole the dough.Now in a pressure cooker or pan add 3-4 spoon of cooking oil.Lets it hot.When the oil look hot add the chopped onion and let it cook until it looks soft.Next add salt , cinnamon and cardamom.Mix it well.After few second add the ginger garlic paste and again mix it.After that add whole the left over spices and mix it a good mix.After completely mixing the spices now add the chicken meatballs one by one.Give it a stir  very gently.Now add half cup water and again mix it.Lets it cook few second.Again add another half cup water into the chicken and mix gently and put the lid on.Lets it give 2-3 whistle. After 2-3 whistle your chicken koftas are done. You can serve it as it is.But i like little thick gravy.For that remove the lid and let it cook for another few minutes.When it looks little thick then they are ready to serve. You can serve this koftas with rice , sapati, bread or noddles.Try this awesome tasty koftas and enjoy with your family and friends.I hope they will love it.Enjoy..

Rice Kheer Recipe - Indian Rice pudding Recipe

Kheer is a South Asian rice pudding made by boiling rice, broken wheat, tapioca, or vermicelli with milk and sugar; it is flavoured with cardamom, raisins, saffron, cashew nuts, pistachios or almonds. It is typically served during a meal or as a dessert.Kheer is prepared in festivals, temples, and all special occasions.It is prepared using milk, rice, ghee, sugar/jaggery, Khoya. Some also add a little bit of heavy cream for a richer taste. It is often garnished using almonds, cashews, raisins and pistachios. There is one more popular version of North Indian kheer which is prepared during festivals and havan in Varanasi which is prepared by using just milk, rice, ghee, sugar, cardamom, dry fruits and kesar.

Here i wanna show you how to make rice kheer or pudding with very basic ingredients.Let get start.

Ingredients:
Rice                      1/2 cup (soaked for 2-3 hrs)
Milk                       2 cup or you can use more then this
Sugar powder         1/3 cup
Bay leaf                  1
Cardamom              2 or you can use powder
Dry fruits                 as your choice

Method:
In a pan pour the milk and bring it to boil for 10 minutes.After that add cardamom , bay leaf and dry fruits.Stir it occasionally .And do clean the side area of the pan.Now add soaked rice into the milk and do stir it continuously and keep eye on it. Otherwise bottom part get burn.Rice will take few minutes to cook fully.In this recipe you no need put the lid.Just stir it continuously and rice will completely cook.When the rice will look like fully cooked and thick in that time add the sugar in it.Once you add the sugar it will appear little runnier.If you like runnier kheer then thats fine.But i like little thick kheer so i will cook some more minutes and then they will be done.Garnish your favorite dry fruits into the top when you serve.This rice kheer is my all time favorite.Just try this and your family and kids definitely love this recipe.Enjoy..

How to make Kalakand  - Indian Sweet / Dessert Recipe


In this episode i want show you Indian sweets recipe kalakand. Kalakand is a popular Indian sweet made out of solidified, sweetened milk and cottage cheese.Kalakand is made in Indian subcontinent during different festivals and celebrations such as Holi, Diwali, Navratri and Eid. A huge pan is kept on a flame and large amount of milk is boiled stirring it continuously till it is thickened with sugar and dry fruits.Lets starts how to make this awesome sweet.

Ingredients:
Milk                 2 and 1/2 cup
Paneer            1/2 cup
Pistachio         1 spoon
Sugar              1/3 cup
Cardamom      1 or you can add powder

Method:
In a pan pour the milk and bring it to boil for about 10 minutes and reduce the milk into 1 cup.After 10 minutes add the cardamom seeds and skin.Add the paneer into the milk  and break them with your fingers.Mix the paneer and milk with your spatula and make it nice thick paste.Do stir continuously otherwise bottom part will be burn. Clean the pan with your spatula.When it will be a nice and smooth thick paste in that time add the powdered sugar into the paneer and mix it well.After adding the sugar suddenly paneer stats change the color and make it a smooth paste.Whole procedure will take 20-25 minutes to complete.  When it will be done place it into a greased plate and spread it.Garnish with pistachio and let it cool.When it cool cut into square shape or diamond shape and serve it with tea or coffee.Enjoy this kalakand with your family , friends and kids.They will love it. How to Make Gulab Jamun at home - Indian Dessert/Sweet Recipe

 

Gulab jamun is a milk-solids -based dessert, similar to a dumpling. It is popular in countries of South Asia such as India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Pakistan and Bangladesh. It is widely known as Lal-Mohan also.In india every people love to serve this gulab jamun in any kind of festival.So here i want show you how to make these awesome gulab jamuns.Lets see how to make .

Ingredients:
Milk powder              1 cup
All purpose flour        1/4 cup
Sugar                     1 1/4 cup
Water                     1 cup
Cardamom              2-3
Baking powder        1/4 spoon
Yellow food color      optional
Milk                        2-3 spoon
Butter                     2-3 spoon
Pistachio                for garnishing

Method:
In a bowl add the milk powder, all purpose flour and baking powder.Mix well.Now add butter in it and mix it .After that add 2 spoon of milk and make it into a dough.You can add 1 drop of yellow food color into the dough but it is totally optional.If you don't like then skip it.Now set aside for 10 minutes.In a sauce pan take 1 cup of water.Add the sugar and cardamom and let the sugar dissolve. After 2-3 minutes sugar syrup will be done.Now make the gulab jamun balls.Divide the dough into ten equal parts and give it around shape using your pumps.In a pan take 2 cups of vegetable oil.For gulan jamun oil shouldn't be too hot.Check it with a  tiny piece of gulab jamun dough.If it is starts sizzling then oil is perfect.Now put the gulab jamun balls and rotate the hot oil with a spatula. Let it fry slowly.After 7-8 minutes gulab jamuns will be done.Remove from the hot oil and put it into the sugar syrup.Let it soak for few minutes and your gulab jamuns are ready to serve.Enjoy this gulab jamun with your favorite festival.I am sure your family, friends and kids will love it.Enjoy...

How to make Rasmalai Recipe - An Indian Dessert Recipe

In this episode i want to show you another Diwali Special sweet that is Rasmalai.  It is a very much popular sweet in India.Ras Malai consists of sugary white, cream or yellow coloured (or flattened) balls of paneer soaked in malai (clotted cream) flavoured with cardamom.Making procedure same with rasgulla.Very rich and very yummy sweet. The name Ras Malai comes from two parts in Hindi: "Ras" meaning "juice" and "Malai", meaning "cream". It has been described "as a rich cheesecake without a crust.

Ingredients:
Milk                             3 cups (for paneer)
Sugar                          1 cup
Yellow food color          2 drops
Cornstarch                  1/2 spoon
Cardamom                   2-3
Milk                             2 cup
Sugar                          1/3 cup
Pistachio                      for garnishing
Lemon juice                  1/4 cup
Water                          1 1/2 cup
 
Method:
First make the paneer.For that boil 3 cups of milk in a pan.Once boiled the milk add the lemon juice in it and stir it and paneer will separate from the water. Now let it cool.After sometimes strain it and wash it well. Your paneer is done. Now knead the paneer dough for about 5 minutes and it will become a smooth dough and make small balls from the dough.Set them aside.Now in a pan take 1 and 1/2 cup water and put 1 cup sugar and let it dissolve.After that put the paneer balls and let it cook for 8-10 minutes.Put the cover.Now in a another pan take 2 cups of milk.Bring it to boil and reduce it into one cup.Add 1/3 cup of sugar,1/2 spoon of cornstarch , cardamom seeds and 2 drops of yellow food color. Give it a stir.When it will be 1 cup then add the small cooked paneer balls.Mix it very gently.Last add the chopped pistachio and they are ready to serve.You can keep it in refrigerator and enjoy more days. Beetroot and Coconut Ladoo/balls Recipe

 

In this episode i want to make something special and healthy recipe for our upcoming Diwali Festival,that is beetroot and coconut ladoo.This beautiful ladoos are very easy to make and very tasty also healthy.Lets start how to make this ladoos.

Ingredients:
Beetroot grated              1 spoon
Coconut grated              1 and 1/2 cup
Sugar                            1 cup
Cardamom                     3
Butter                            1 spoon
Coconut grated               3-4 spoon for garnishing

Method:
First melt the butter in a pan.Once the butter melt put the grated beetroot into the butter and cardamom seeds(you can use cardamom powder also ) fry it for few minutes.Next add the grated coconut and mix  with the beetroot.Stir it for few minutes.Now add the sugar and mix it.Cook it until it looks a sticky paste or cook 15--20 minutes.Once it is a sticky dough put the heat off and take a spoon full of coconut paste and keep it in a plate and let it cool for few second.When it is cool make it in round shape using your pump and set aside.Now put the coconut ball into the coconut flakes and let it stick.Keep it in a plate or you can store this coconut balls for 10-15 days and enjoy with tea or coffee. It is a very easy recipe and look so colorful.Make this coconut balls in this upcoming Diwali and enjoy with your friends and family.Enjoy..
