Ducks in Pond Cake -- Beautiful Cake Ideas

In this episode i want to show you how to make very beautiful Ducks in Pond Cake.It is looking so pretty and fun to make.Only few ingredients we will need.Lets see what we need.

Ingredients :
Chocolate cake
Colored fondant (Red, Yellow, Blue,Black, Green)

Method :
First take two yellow fondant dough and make it round in shape(one little small in size). Next make the body part using bigger one fondant ball and shape it in oval.One side should be down and that will be the tail part.Then take another ball and attach it with the body.Next make feather.For that take two small amount of yellow fondant and make it leaf design and attach it with the body.If your fondant is not sticky then you need to use little water or gum glue.Water or gum glue helps to stick easily.
Now make the duck beak.For that take small amount of red colored fondant and make it in round and little flat.Then give a small cut in the middle of the beak.Now attach it in the right position using your fingers and press it with a knife or chopstick.Then make the eyes.Take two tiny amount of black fondant and make it round and flat.Now put it into the duck head and press it.Here is our one duck is done.In the same way make the another duck and that will be the upside down.For this you no need to make the head of the duck.Just add the duck feet using red fondant and cut the extra round shape.So that the duck will seat in the water bubble and it will be upside down.Now take a blue fondant dough and roll it.Then place it into the top of the cake and cut the extra fondant using a knife.Now press it with your fingers.Now take a green fondant dough and roll it.Next cut it into the long strips and the size should be same with the cake.Now give little cuts and it will be looks like green grass.Now add very little water using a brush or finger and attach it into the cake.Next make the water bubble using blue fondant.Just take a blue fondant dough and make it flat and rough and place it in to the top of the cake. Now place the duck in there.Now add some flower and leaf in there and your ducks in pond cake is done.This is a very beautiful cake for any birthday party or baby shower party.Just try this cake and i am sure your family, kids and guest will love it.Enjoy...

Ingredients :
Eggs                                          3
All purpose flour                          1 cup
Unsweetened cocoa powder         1/2 cup
Sugar                                         1 cup
Vegetable oil                               1/2 cup
Salt                                            1/4 spoon
Baking powder                             1 spoon
Milk                                            1/4 cup
Vanilla essence                           1 spoon

Method :

First add the sugar into the eggs and mix it.Then add all purpose flour and cocoa powder.Then add the milk and vanilla essence.Next add salt and baking powder.Now mix it all together well and it will be a smooth paste.Next add the vegetable oil into the cake batter and again mix it and the cake batter will be done.Now pour the chocolate cake batter into the greasy cake pan.Now tap it so that the extra air bubbles will come up.Now put it into the preheated oven for 40 minutes in 180 degree Celsius.After 40 minutes insert a knife or tooth pick, if the knife comes up clean then your cake is done.You can serve the cake as it is.But i want to serve with cocoa glaze in the top of the cake.

Santa Hat Cupcakes - Christmas Special 

In this episode i want to show you how to make Santa hat cupcakes very easy and simple way.For this cupcakes we need only few ingredients.Lets see what we need.

Ingredients :

Chocolate cupcakes
Whipped cream      green colored
Sugar balls
Christmas candy
Santa hat or red cherry

Method :

Christmas Tree Cupcakes - Christmas Special

In this episode i want show you how to make Christmas tree cupcakes.Very easy and simple to make and looks very festive.This is a very fun recipe.For this Christmas tree cupcakes we will need few ingredients.Lets see what we will need.

Ingredients :
Cupcakes         3
Ice cream cone 3
Green color whipped cream
Regular whipped cream
Powdered sugar
Silver sugar balls

Method :
First put the regular whipped cream in the top of the cupcakes.Then put green whipped cream into the ice cream cone.Take a knife and put the green whipped cream in the out side of the ice cream cone.Spread it nicely.Then put some regular whipped cream inside of the cone and place it in the cupcakes.Next put green whipped cream into the cone drop by drop using a piping bag from down to up.It will be look like a tree.When your tree will be done then add powdered sugar and its look like snow.Then add sugar balls in to the tree and your Christmas tree cupcakes is done.Very simple but very beautiful.Just try it for your upcoming Christmas and i am sure your family and kids definitely love it. Santa Claus Cupcakes Christmas Special

 In this episode i am going to make Santa Claus Cupcakes.This is a very pretty cupcakes and perfect for the Christmas.Lets see how to make it.

Ingredients:
Fondant                      red,pink,white and black
Chocolate Cupcakes  
Whipped cream

Method :
First make the Santa Claus.For that take a small amount of red fondant and knead it until soft and smooth.Then make it little long and cut it in 2 pieces.One piece should be little short and one little long.Just make 4 pieces like this and they will be hand and feet.Now make the Santa shes.For that take a small black fondant and knead it and attach with the feet.This way just make another shes and gloves and attach it with the hand and feet.Then make the white border.For that take a white fondant and roll it and make it long.Then just put it in between the shoe and feet and press it with fingers.Make the others also.Now make the Santa body.Take a red fondant and knead it and make it little oval shape.
Now put the body part in between the feet and hands and press it.Next make the head and face.Take a light pink fondant and make it round shape.Top and bottom side should be little flat.Then place it over the body and press it.Next make the Santa beard using white fondant.Just make the fondant little flat and attach it in the face and press it.Now put another flat white fondant piece in the top of the head.Now make the Santa hat using red fondant. Take egg yoke size red fondant and make it round triangle shape using your fingers and top portion should be little bend.Now put one tiny white fondant ball right there.Then put the hat into the head.Next ad 2 pieces of white fondant like ears.Next add another piece of white fondant in the back side of the head.Then add the eyes using black fondant and press it gently.Next add the nose using light pink fondant and press it.Next make the Santa mustache using white fondant.Press it with a stick.Our Santa Claus are done.Now put some whipped cream in the cupcakes and then place the Santa Claus.Our Santa Claus cupcakes are done.Try this Santa Claus cupcakes in the upcoming Christmas and enjoy with your family.They will be perfect for the Christmas.Enjoy....

Snowman Cupcakes - Christmas Special

 In this episode i am going to make Christmas special dessert Snowman Cupcakes.I will show you very easy way to make this cupcakes decoration.So simple and looking very wonderful.Foe this snowman cupcakes we need few ingredients.Lets see what we will need.

Ingredients:
 For the Snowman

Fondant                           white,black and red
Chocolate Cupcakes       (You can use any kind of cupcakes)
Whipped cream

Method:
First take a white fondant dough and knead it until its soft and  
sticky.Then make it round shape using the both pumps.Now take another piece of dough and again knead it and make it a round ball.Now place the small ball into the top of the big one and press it gently.Now take small amount of red fondant dough and knead it and then roll it using a roller pin.Then cut all the side part using a knife and your snowman scarf  is ready and just place it into the neck of the snowman(in between of the balls). Now put the eyes using black fondant.Just take a small portion of black fondant and make round and flat and place it into the snowman face.Press it with a knife.Then take another piece of black fondant and make it little long and round.Just place it into the face of snowman.Then put the nose.For that take tiny piece of red fondant and make triangle shape and place it in between the mouth and eyes.And our snowman is ready.
Now put some whipped cream in the top of the cupcakes.Then place the snowman in to the top.Here is our snowman cupcakes done.Just try this snowman cupcakes and make your Christmas special.I hope your family and kids will definitely love it.Enjoy.

Chocolate CupCakes - Basic CupCakes Recipe by barnaliskitchen

In this episode i will make chocolate cup cakes.This is a very easy and simple cup cakes recipe using unsweetened cocoa powder.So simple and very easy to make.For this cup cakes lets see what ingredients we will need.

Ingredients:


Cocoa powder           1/2 cup
All purpose flour         1/2 cup
Egg                           2
Sugar                        1 1/2 cup
Butter                        1/2 cup
Salt                           pinch of
Baking powder           1 spoon
Vanilla Essence         1-2 spoon
Milk                          2-3 spoon

Method :
In a big bowl  add the butter and powdered sugar (You can use regular sugar also). Now mix it for few second with spoon or hand mixer.Then add the eggs and again mix it for few second.After that add milk in it and again mix it.Now mix all the dry ingredients together.After mixing the dry ingredients now mix it into the egg mixture and beat it for 1 minute.After that add the vanilla essence into the cake batter and again beat it and  cake batter will be done.Now put the 2 spoon of cake batter in the each cupcake mold.Our cupcakes are ready to go into the oven.My oven is already preheated in 230 degree for 10 minutes.Now put it into the oven and let it cook for 18 -20 minutes or the toothpick comes out clean.After 18-20 minutes in 180 degree oven our cupcakes are done.You can serve it as it is.I like to put some whipped cream in the top of the cake.Then sprinkle little amount of chocolate into the top of the whipped cream and they are ready to serve.Its so easy to make.Your family and kids will love it.Just try once and let me know your experience. Tangdi Kebab Recipe - A Popular Indian Kebab

 In this episode i am going to make Tangdi Kebab or Chicken Drumsticks Kebab recipe.It is a very very popular recipe in India.Very simple and easy to make and superb yummy recipe.Though kababs/ kebabs originated in Persia, India has it’s own share of varieties. Tangdi kabab is one such appetizer served in parties and family gatherings.For this recipe we need some ingredients.Lets see what we need.

Ingredients :

Chicken drumsticks                    4
Hanged curd                              4 spoon
Mustered oil                              2-3 spoon
Salt                                          1 spoon
Turmeric                                   1/2 spoon
fenugreek  leaves powder          1/2 spoon
Garam masala powder               1/2 spoon
Black paper powder                   1/4 spoon
Cumin powder                           1/2 spoon
Coriander powder                       1 spoon
Ginger garlic past                       2 spoon
Red chilli powder                        1 spoon
Red food color                            1/4 spoon

Method :
Mix all the spices with the yogurt Except the red food color.Mix it well and it will be nice smooth paste.After that add the food color in it and again mix it.If your food color is not working then first just add 1/2 spoon of water into the red food color and after that mix it with the spice paste.Our spice paste is ready.Now just add the chicken drumsticks and give a good marination with a spoon or you can use your hand.Now put it into the refrigerator at least 1 hour.After 1 hour our put the marinated chicken into a baking tray one by one.After that add some mustered oil into the chicken using a spoon or brush.My oven is already preheated in 230 degree for 10 minutes. Now put it into the preheated oven for 20 minutes in 230 degree.After 20 minutes now flip the other side and again brush some oil.Again put it into the oven for another 15-20 minutes in 230 degree.And they will be done.This spicy chicken drumsticks are very yummy.So flavorful.I hope you and your family will love it.Just give it a try and let me know your experience.Enjoy...

Orange Cake - How to make Orange Cake with Orange Glaze

In this episode i want to show you how to make orange cake.This time is orange season.So you can make your own orange cake at your home.Very easy and simple to make this cake and the taste is awesome.If you not yet try this cake i think you need try this orange cake.Because this is a very delicious cake. For this cake we need few ingredients.Lets what we need for this orange cake.

Ingredients:
Fresh orange Juice                        1/2 cup
All purpose flower                        1 and 1/2 cup
Egg                                              3
Sugar                                           1 and 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence                             1 spoon
Baking powder                            1/2 spoon
Fresh orange pieces                     1 orange
Milk                                            1/4 cup
Orange Zest                                1/2 spoon
Oil                                               1/2 cup
Salt pinch of                                     

For the Orange glaze

Fresh orange juice         1/2 cup
Orange food color         2-3 drops
Sugar                            1/2 cup

Method:

First add the sugar into the eggs.Then add baking powder and salt in it.Next add orange zest.Now mix it with a spoon.Next add the all purpose flour and mix it with a spoon.Then add the milk.Then add vanilla essence.Now mix it.Next add the vegetable oil in it.Now blend it with a whisk or hand blender for 30 second.Now add the orange juice and again mix it for 1 minute.Now add the orange food color and mix it again.Now add the fresh orange pieces into the cake batter and mix it with a spoon.My orange cake batter is ready.Now pour the cake batter into the greasy cake pan.Now tap it so that the extra air bubble will come up.Now put it into the pre heated oven for 40 minute and my oven is already preheated in 180 degree for 10 minute.Now make the orange glaze.For that add half cup orange juice in to a pan and also add 1/2 cup sugar.Next add 1/2 teaspoon of orange food color.Now keep stiring it and boil it for 5 minute.After 5 minute in medium heat our orange glaze is done and let it cool.After 4minute in 180degree oven my orange cake is done.You can serve it as it is.Now cut the top portion using a knife. Now put some cool whipped cream into the top and spread it evenly.Next pour the orange glaze into the top and whipped cream may be spread out.But don't worry it will be perfect.Now put fresh orange pieces in the middle of the cake and our orange cake is done.Now sprinkle little amount of orange zest into top and we are ready to serve.Enjoy this cake with your friends and family.I hope they will love it.Enjoy ....

Butter Chicken - Classic Indian Chicken Recipe 

 Butter chicken or murgh makhani is a classic Indian recipe. Murgh Makhani (Butter chicken) is typically served with chicken on the bone in India and served off the bone in the United States, United Kingdom and others Western counties. Authentic Indian preparations are typically more spicy and less sweet than preparations served in Western countries.For this Butter chicken we need few ingredients.Lets see what we need.

Ingredients:

Chicken                         cut into small pieces
Onion                            1
Tomato                          2
Ginger garlic paste         2 spoon
Sugar                            1/2 spoon
Butter                           1 cup or 100 gm
Cashew nut                   2 spoon
Salt to taste
Heavy cream                 1/2 cup
Fenugreek leaves           1/2 spoon
Cumin seeds                  1/2 spoon
Black paper powder      1/4 spoon
Garam masala powder   1/2 spoon 
Turmeric powder           1/4 spoon         
Cumin powder               1/2 spoon 
Coriander powder         1 spoon
Red chilli powder           1 spoon
Red food color               2-3 drops

Method:

First add black paper powder and pinch of salt into the chicken and marinate it well.In a pan add 1/3 of butter and let it melt.Once the butter melt fry the chicken for about 4-5 minute in medium heat. After 4-5 minute chicken is cooked and now take out from the butter and set aside.Now add cumin seeds in the rest of the butter.Then add onion and give a mix.Then add turmeric powder and again give it a mix.After few second add the ginger garlic paste in it and mix it. Then add tomato into this.Now add salt into this. Then add cumin powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder and dry fenugreek leaves into this.Now mix all the spices and tomato and onions together.Now put the lid on and let it cook for 2 minute. After 2 minute give it a mix and break the uncooked tomatoes with your spatula.Then add cashew nut.Then add 1 cup water into this and mix it.our tomatoes cooked well and now put it into your blender and blend it for few second.Our spicy tomato gravy is done.Now in a another pan add rest of the butter and let it melt.Now pour the tomato gravy into the butter and stir it.Then add the fried chicken into this.Add 2-3 drops of red food color into this tomato gravy.Then add the cream into this and mix it.Next add pinch of sugar and mix it.Now add garam masala into it and give a good mix.Our butter chicken is ready to serve.This is a very yummy chicken recipe.Just try this and i am sure your family ,friends and kids will love it. Grilled Tomato with Sesame seeds Chutney Recipe

 In this episode i want to show you how to make tomato with sesame seeds chutney.This is a very easy and simple recipe to make.Very mouthwatering recipe and only few ingredients we will need.Lets see what ingredients we will need.

Ingredients:
Tomato               1
Green chilli         2
Salt to taste
Sesame seeds    1 spoon
Ginger               1 small piece
Garlic                7-8
Mustered oil      1 spoon

Method:
First grilled the tomato in the gas stove for 3-4 minutes.Then cut the tomato into the small pieces and put all the spices into a mixer jar.Then put the lid on and grind it for 1-2 minutes and your  simple and spicy grilled tomato with sesame seeds chutney is ready.Then take out the chutney from the mixer jar into a bowl and garnish with a beautiful tomato rose flower into the top.Our tomato with sesame seeds chutney ready to serve.You can serve this chutney with bread,naan,chapati or rice.Try this simple and easy chutney and enjoy...

Hariyali Chicken Kebab or Green Chicken Kabab


Hariyali Chicken Kabab or tikka  is a chicken dish originating in South Asia where it remains popular in both Pakistan and India. It is traditionally small pieces of boneless chicken baked using skewers in a clay oven called a tandoor after marinating in Coriander leaves,mint leaves,spices and yogurt - essentially a boneless version of tandoori chicken.But we can prepare it in Oven also.For this Hariyali Chicken Kabab or Green Chicken Kabab we need some ingredients.Lets see what we will need.

Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken                  350 gms
Thick Yogurt                          2-3 spoon
Mustered oil                          2-3 spoon
Mint leaves                           1 cup
Coriander leaves                   1 cup
Green Chilli                          2 chopped
Turmeric powder                  1/2 spoon
Red chilli powder                  1 spoon
Garam masala powder          1 spoon
Fenugreek leaves powder      1/2 spoon
Cumin powder                      1/2 spoon
Coriander powder                  1 spoon
Black paper powder               1/4 spoon
Salt to taste                         or 1 spoon
Ginger garlic paste                2 spoon
Onion pieces                        1 medium size
Tomato pieces                      2

Method :

First make the green paste using coriander leaves,mint leaves and chopped green chilli.In a mixer jar add the coriander leaves,mint and green chilli and add little amount of water and make smooth paste.Now mix the other dry spice powder with the thick yogurt and mix it well.Now add the green paste  into the spice paste and mix it well.Then add 1 spoon of mustered oil into the paste and again mix it.Now add chicken into this and mix it with the green paste. Then add the onion and tomato pieces and again mix it and put it into the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.After 1 hour now put the marinated chicken into a bamboo skewer. 1st put 1 piece of chicken then 1 piece of tomato then add 1 piece of marinated onion and repeat this up to the skewer looks nice and perfect.Now complete the skewers and put it into the baking try.Now put some mustered oil into the chicken skewers using brush or spoon. My oven is preheated in 230 degree for 10 minutes now put this chicken into the preheated oven for 15 minutes.After 15 minutes now flip the other side and put some oil into the other side and again put it into the oven for 15 minutes and they will be done.
After 30 minutes in 230 degree oven my hariyali chicken kabab is done and just place it into your serving plate.Garnish with carrot,sliced onion and coriander leaves in the side.Hariyali chicken kabab is ready to serve.Try this hariyali chicken kabab and i am sure your family ,friends and kids will love it so much.Enjoy....

Basic Sponge Cake 

In this video i am going to make basic sponge cake.It is very very simple to make and taste is yumm.For this cake you need only few basic ingredients.So lets see what we need.

All purpose flour        1 n 1/4 cup

In a mixing bowl add the eggs,milk and sugar.Give it a mix with a spoon.Now add all purpose flour, baking powder,salt and again mix it.Now add the vanilla essence and mix it.After that add the cooking oil or butter in it and give it a mix with spoon,whisk or electric mixture for 1 minutes.Now your cake batter is ready.Now pour the cake batter in a greasy pan or nonstick pan and tap it.So that the extra air bobbles will come up.Now put it into the preheated oven.My oven is preheated for 10 minutes in 180 degree.Now bake it for 40 minutes or until it cook perfectly. For that you need to keep eye on it.Take a butter knife or skewer, insert it into the cake.If the knife or skewer comes clean then your cake is done.After completely cool the cake you can slice it up and serve it with tea or coffee.Enjoy this simple and  easy cake with your family,kids and friends.I hope they will love it. Chicken Curry Recipe - Indian Style - by barnaliskitchen


Hi guys, today's recipe is simple and easy chicken curry.Actually this recipe is a requested recipe from my you tube viewers. I will show you very easy way with the Indian spices.Try this chicken curry and let me know your experience.So here is the ingredients.

Ingredients:

Chicken                           400 gm (with bones)
Onion chopped                1
Tomato chopped              1
Ginger garlic paste            2 spoon
Bay leaf                           1
Cinnamon                        1 stick
Cardamom                      2-3
Chilli powder                  1 spoon
Turmeric powder            1/2 sponn
Salt to taste
Garam masala powder      1 spoon
Cumin powder                  1/2 spoon
Coriander powder             1 spoon
Cumin seeds                     1/4 spoon
Coriander leaves               1 spoon
Sugar                                pinch off

Method :
In a pan add 3-4 spoon of oil.Add bay leaf,cinnamon ,cardamom and cumin seeds and let them crackle.Next add chopped onion.Give it a stir and let cook for few second.After that add salt and mix it.Now add ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder and mix it well. After few second add chopped tomato in to the spice mixture.Give it a stir and cover it up and let cook for sometimes.
After sometimes remove the cover and again stir it and break the uncooked tomatoes.Now add chicken in it.Mix it with the spices and cover it up and let it cook for few minutes.After that add coriander powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder in to the chicken.Give it a good mix and let it cook 4-5 minutes in medium heat.After few minutes add the sugar.If you don't like then skip this part.Now put 1 and 1/2 cup water and mix it and put the lid.Cook it for 5-6 minutes.After that add garam masala into this curry and they are ready to serve.Garnish with coriander leaves and they are done. Serve this chicken curry with white rice,bread,naan or chapati.Try this chicken curry and enjoy with your love ones.

Fish Curry with Tomato Sauce - Indian Style

In this episode i will make Salmon fish curry with tomato sauce.This recipe is very simple to make and taste is very yummy.My family like this recipe so much.Make it very yummy and see how i will make it.

Ingredients:
Salmon fish                          3 pieces
Tomato                                1 chopped
Salt                                     to taste
Turmeric powder                  1/2 spoon
Ginger garlic paste              1 spoon
Coriander powder                 1 spoon
Cumin seeds                       very little
Red chilli powder                 1/2 spoon
Coriander leaves                  depends on you
Green chilli                          1
Black mustered seeds          little amount

Method:

First marinate the fish. For that add little amount of salt and turmeric powder and marinate.After that fry the fish in hot mustered oil for 5-6 minutes and set aside. In the same oil add black mustered seeds and cumin seeds and lets them crackle.Then add turmeric powder, next add ginger garlic paste.Mix it and give it a stir. Then add green chilli,tomato ,salt and let it cook for about 2-3 minutes.After 3 minutes give it a stir and put coriander powder,chilli powder and coriander leaves.Add one cup of water and again give a stir.Lets it cook for 5-6 minutes.Here you can put mango powder in it.Now put the fried fish into the tomato sauce. Let it cook for 4 minutes and they are ready to serve.You can serve this fish curry with white rice.Try this recipe and i think you will love it.

Spaghetti with chicken meat balls

In this episode i am going to make Spaghetti with chicken meatballs recipe.I got this great idea only from Bett'yskitchen (leftover ideas). This chicken balls are my left over chicken koftas or chicken meat balls.Very easy to make and taste is superb.Lets get started how to make it .

Ingredients :
Chicken Meat balls        Left over from chicken kofta curry
Spicy tomato sauce or Marinara sauce
Spaghetti noddles
Salt                             1 spoon for boil the spaghetti
Oil                               2 spoon for boil the spaghetti

Method:

In a pan add 3-4 cups of water.Add salt and oil in it.Now put the spaghetti and let it boil for 10-12 minutes.After completely cook strain out the spaghetti from the hot water.Now add the spicy tomato sauce with the spaghetti and mix it well.Spaghettis are done.Now put the spaghetti in to your serving plate .Add chicken meatballs into the top of the spaghetti and they are ready to serve.Enjoy this spaghetti with chicken meatballs in your dinner and your family or love one will love it .Enjoy...

Chicken Kofta Curry or Chicken Meat Balls Curry - Indian Style

In this episode i want to show you how to make Chicken kofta curry or Chicken meat balls curry with spices.This recipe is very popular in in India ,Pakistan,Turkey, Azerbijanian and many more countries.This is a really really yummy recipe and very easy to make.So lets see how to make this awesome Chicken Kofta.

Ingredients:

For the Chicken meatballs:

minced chicken            1 cup
Garam masala powder   1/2 spoon
Salt                              1/2 spoon
Red Chilli powder           1/2 spoon
Bread crumbs                2 spoon

For the Gravy :

Onion                        1 medium size
Red chilli powder        1 spoon
Coriander powder        1 spoon
Cumin powder            1/2 spoon
Turmeric powder         1/4 spoon
Ginger garlic               2 spoon
Cinnamon                  1 stick
Cardamom                 2-3
Black paper powder    1/4 spoon
Garam masala powder 1/2 spoon

Method:

In a bowl add the minced chicken , bread crumbs, salt,red chilli powder and garam masala. Mix it well and make a dough.Now make the balls from the dough.Take a small portion of chicken mixture and make it round balls using your both pumps.Set aside.
Complete whole the dough.Now in a pressure cooker or pan add 3-4 spoon of cooking oil.Lets it hot.When the oil look hot add the chopped onion and let it cook until it looks soft.Next add salt , cinnamon and cardamom.Mix it well.After few second add the ginger garlic paste and again mix it.After that add whole the left over spices and mix it a good mix.After completely mixing the spices now add the chicken meatballs one by one.Give it a stir  very gently.Now add half cup water and again mix it.Lets it cook few second.Again add another half cup water into the chicken and mix gently and put the lid on.Lets it give 2-3 whistle. After 2-3 whistle your chicken koftas are done. You can serve it as it is.But i like little thick gravy.For that remove the lid and let it cook for another few minutes.When it looks little thick then they are ready to serve. You can serve this koftas with rice , sapati, bread or noddles.Try this awesome tasty koftas and enjoy with your family and friends.I hope they will love it.Enjoy..

Rice Kheer Recipe - Indian Rice pudding Recipe

Kheer is a South Asian rice pudding made by boiling rice, broken wheat, tapioca, or vermicelli with milk and sugar; it is flavoured with cardamom, raisins, saffron, cashew nuts, pistachios or almonds. It is typically served during a meal or as a dessert.Kheer is prepared in festivals, temples, and all special occasions.It is prepared using milk, rice, ghee, sugar/jaggery, Khoya. Some also add a little bit of heavy cream for a richer taste. It is often garnished using almonds, cashews, raisins and pistachios. There is one more popular version of North Indian kheer which is prepared during festivals and havan in Varanasi which is prepared by using just milk, rice, ghee, sugar, cardamom, dry fruits and kesar.

Here i wanna show you how to make rice kheer or pudding with very basic ingredients.Let get start.

Ingredients:
Rice                      1/2 cup (soaked for 2-3 hrs)
Milk                       2 cup or you can use more then this
Sugar powder         1/3 cup
Bay leaf                  1
Cardamom              2 or you can use powder
Dry fruits                 as your choice

Method:
In a pan pour the milk and bring it to boil for 10 minutes.After that add cardamom , bay leaf and dry fruits.Stir it occasionally .And do clean the side area of the pan.Now add soaked rice into the milk and do stir it continuously and keep eye on it. Otherwise bottom part get burn.Rice will take few minutes to cook fully.In this recipe you no need put the lid.Just stir it continuously and rice will completely cook.When the rice will look like fully cooked and thick in that time add the sugar in it.Once you add the sugar it will appear little runnier.If you like runnier kheer then thats fine.But i like little thick kheer so i will cook some more minutes and then they will be done.Garnish your favorite dry fruits into the top when you serve.This rice kheer is my all time favorite.Just try this and your family and kids definitely love this recipe.Enjoy..

How to make Kalakand  - Indian Sweet / Dessert Recipe


In this episode i want show you Indian sweets recipe kalakand. Kalakand is a popular Indian sweet made out of solidified, sweetened milk and cottage cheese.Kalakand is made in Indian subcontinent during different festivals and celebrations such as Holi, Diwali, Navratri and Eid. A huge pan is kept on a flame and large amount of milk is boiled stirring it continuously till it is thickened with sugar and dry fruits.Lets starts how to make this awesome sweet.

Ingredients:
Milk                 2 and 1/2 cup
Paneer            1/2 cup
Pistachio         1 spoon
Sugar              1/3 cup
Cardamom      1 or you can add powder

Method:
In a pan pour the milk and bring it to boil for about 10 minutes and reduce the milk into 1 cup.After 10 minutes add the cardamom seeds and skin.Add the paneer into the milk  and break them with your fingers.Mix the paneer and milk with your spatula and make it nice thick paste.Do stir continuously otherwise bottom part will be burn. Clean the pan with your spatula.When it will be a nice and smooth thick paste in that time add the powdered sugar into the paneer and mix it well.After adding the sugar suddenly paneer stats change the color and make it a smooth paste.Whole procedure will take 20-25 minutes to complete.  When it will be done place it into a greased plate and spread it.Garnish with pistachio and let it cool.When it cool cut into square shape or diamond shape and serve it with tea or coffee.Enjoy this kalakand with your family , friends and kids.They will love it. How to Make Gulab Jamun at home - Indian Dessert/Sweet Recipe

 

Gulab jamun is a milk-solids -based dessert, similar to a dumpling. It is popular in countries of South Asia such as India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Pakistan and Bangladesh. It is widely known as Lal-Mohan also.In india every people love to serve this gulab jamun in any kind of festival.So here i want show you how to make these awesome gulab jamuns.Lets see how to make .

Ingredients:
Milk powder              1 cup
All purpose flour        1/4 cup
Sugar                     1 1/4 cup
Water                     1 cup
Cardamom              2-3
Baking powder        1/4 spoon
Yellow food color      optional
Milk                        2-3 spoon
Butter                     2-3 spoon
Pistachio                for garnishing

Method:
In a bowl add the milk powder, all purpose flour and baking powder.Mix well.Now add butter in it and mix it .After that add 2 spoon of milk and make it into a dough.You can add 1 drop of yellow food color into the dough but it is totally optional.If you don't like then skip it.Now set aside for 10 minutes.In a sauce pan take 1 cup of water.Add the sugar and cardamom and let the sugar dissolve. After 2-3 minutes sugar syrup will be done.Now make the gulab jamun balls.Divide the dough into ten equal parts and give it around shape using your pumps.In a pan take 2 cups of vegetable oil.For gulan jamun oil shouldn't be too hot.Check it with a  tiny piece of gulab jamun dough.If it is starts sizzling then oil is perfect.Now put the gulab jamun balls and rotate the hot oil with a spatula. Let it fry slowly.After 7-8 minutes gulab jamuns will be done.Remove from the hot oil and put it into the sugar syrup.Let it soak for few minutes and your gulab jamuns are ready to serve.Enjoy this gulab jamun with your favorite festival.I am sure your family, friends and kids will love it.Enjoy...
