Chicken Pulao - Popular Indian Non Vegetarian Recipe


In this episode i want to show you how to make Chicken Pulao In the easiest way.Chicken Pulao  is very much popular dish in India.Very simple to make and taste is superb.Today i will show you the simple one and in future will show you different different types of pulao Recipe.So lets see what ingredients we will need.

Ingredients:
Chicken               300 gm
Rice                    2 cups
Onion                  1 large size sliced
Red chilli               2-3 whole
Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
Bay leaf                 1
Cinnamon               2 stick
Cardamom              2-3
Salt to taste
Cloves                    5-6
Cumin seeds           1/2 spoon
Coriander powder      1/2 spoon
Star anise seeds       2
Black paper powder   1/4 spoon
Red chilli powder        1/4 spoon

Method :
In a pan add 3-4 spoon of vegetable oil and let it heat.Put the sliced onion into the oil and fry it until it looks golden brown.Next add ginger and garlic paste and mix with the onion.After that Add the chicken and give it a good mix. Now add the salt and again give a good stir and put the cover and let it cook for few minutes.
After few minutes put the other ingredients and mix it.Again let it cook for 2-3 minutes.After  that add 3 cups of water and put the rice and Mix it well.Now transfer the rice and chicken in to a pressure or you can cook as it is.In the pressure cooker  let it give 2 whistle or cook in the pan for 15-20 minutes and it will be done.
Serve this chicken pulao with raita.Just try this chicken pulao i am sure your family and guest will love it.Enjoy..

Fish Curry With Mustered Paste Recipe - Indian Style

Today in this episode i want show you how to make fish curry with white mustered seeds paste.It is very yummy and very simple to make.I am going to show you very very easy way to make it.This type of curry is very much popular in Assam and west Bengal India.You can take any kind of fish that you like.This fish curry loves every people except vegetarian peoples.Only few ingredients needed. Lets see what ingredients we will need.

Ingredients:
Fish                    3-4 pieces (Any kind of Fish)
Mustered seeds paste       3 spoon
Turmeric powder               1/2 spoon
Green chilli                       1
Coriander leaves               few
Salt to taste
Tomato                            1 chopped
Ginger garlic paste           1 spoon
Red chilli powder              1/2 spoon
Coriander powder              1/2 spoon

Method:
First marinate the fish with pinch of salt and turmeric powder and fry it in hot oil for 4-5 minutes. Now in the same oil put the  turmeric powder . Next add ginger garlic paste and stir it.Add green chilli and chopped tomato. Add salt into the mixture and stir it and let it cook for few minutes and put the cover.After few minutes add the red chilli powder,coriander powder and 3 spoon of mustered paste and give it a stir. Now add half cup of water and let it cook for 2 minutes. After few minutes add the fried fish into the mixture and let cook for few minutes and then it will be done.Put the chopped coriander leaves and your fish with mustered curry is ready for serve.I am telling you its smell is so yummm. Spaghetti with Indian Herbs Recipe


Spaghetti is a long, thin, cylindrical pasta of Italian origin.Spaghetti is the plural form of the Italian word spaghetto, which is a diminutive of spago, meaning "thin string".

Spaghetti is made of semolina or flour and water. Italian dried spaghetti is made from durum wheat semolina, but outside of Italy it may be made with other kinds of flour. Traditionally, most spaghetti was 50 cm  long, but shorter lengths gained in popularity during the latter half of the 20th century and now spaghetti is most commonly available in 25–30 cm lengths. A variety of pasta dishes are based on it, from spaghetti alla Carbonara or garlic and oil to a spaghetti with tomato sauce, meat and other sauces.Today i want to show you how to make herb spaghetti.This herb spaghetti is very simple to make but super super tasty.Only few ingredients needed. Lets see what ingredients will need tho make this herb spaghetti.

Ingredients:
Tomato                     1 chopped
Green chilli               1 chopped
Mint leaves               few
Coriander leaves       few
Ginger                     small piece
Garlic                      garlic clove few
Mustered oil            2 -3 spoon
Salt                        to taste
Black paper powder  1/4 spoon
Vegetable oil             2 spoon
Salt                         to taste
Garlic sliced             few

Method:
First boil the spaghetti. For that in a sauce pan take 4 cups of water and let it boil.Next add 1 spoon of salt, 1 spoon of oil and then put the spaghetti  and let it boil for 10 minutes.Now make the herbs paste. For that In a blender add the mint, coriander, green chilli, tomato, garlic, ginger, salt and mustered oil and blend it and make a smooth paste.After 10 minutes our spaghetti are boiled and strain it from the hot water.Now in a another pan add 1 spoon of vegetable oil. Next add sliced garlic.After that add the boiled spaghetti and mix it.Now add herb paste and mix with the spaghetti.Next add black paper powder and mix well and our herb spaghetti are done. This herb spaghetti's taste are awesome and mouth watering.Just try it i am sure you and your family will love it.

Aloo Tikki Or Green pea potato patties-Popular North Indian style Recipe


Aloo tikki is a North Indian snack made of boiled potatoes,green peas and various spices. "Aloo" means potato, and the word "tikki" means a small cutlet. It is found in almost every chaat shop or stall in Delhi as well as in other parts of India. It is served hot along with tamarind and coriander-mint chutney (sauce), known as Hari chutney, and sometimes yogurt or chick peas.

Today i will show you how to make this delicious aloo tikki or green pea potato patties.

Ingredients:
Boiled potato          2 medium size
Boiled green peas   1/2 cup
Coriander leaves      1 spoon
Bread crumbs          1-2 spoon
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds           1/4 spoon
Green chilli              1 chopped
Red chilli powder      1/4 spoon
Oil                           1 spoon
Salt                         1/4 spoon
Coriander chutney
Sweet and sour Tamarind chutney
Sweet and sour Yogurt

Method:
First in a pan take 1 spoon vegetable oil.Now add cumin seeds into the oil.Next add boiled green peas, turmeric powder,green chilli , coriander powder and salt.Mix it and let cook for 2-3 minutes.After 2-3 minutes it will be done and let it cool.Now make the potato balls. For that mix the salt and bread crumbs into the boiled potato and mix it well.Now take a small portion of potato and make it round balls.After all the balls are ready next put the green peas mixture into the potato balls.Take one ball and press it with your pumps and put 1 spoon of green peas mixture and close the balls from all around.Now make the ball flat with your pumps and set aside.Now in a pane put the flat aloo tikkis and put some oil into the top and let it cook until it looks golden brown.Once it is done remove from the hot pan.After that place it into your serving plate and  serve with coriander chutney ,sweet and sour tamarind chutney or yogurt. Yummy yummy tasty tasty aloo tikkis are ready to serve.Enjoy...

Black Forest Cake Recipe - My Birthday Special


In this video i want to show you how to make simple Black Forest Cake Recipe.I want to show you very easy way to make.

Typically, Black Forest cake consists of several layers of chocolate cake, with whipped cream and cherries between each layer. Then the cake is decorated with additional whipped cream, maraschino cherries, and chocolate shavings. In some European traditions sour cherries are used both between the layers and for decorating the top. Traditionally, kirsch (a clear liquor distilled from tart cherries) is added to the cake, although other liquors are also used (such as rum, which is common in Austrian recipes). In the US, Black Forest cake is most often prepared without alcohol.German statutory interpretation states Kirschwasser as a mandatory ingredient, otherwise the cake is legally not allowed to be marketed as Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte. True Black Forest cakes are decorated with black cherries

Ingredients:
Eggs                   3
Cocoa Powder     1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence   1 spoon
Salt                     pinch of
Baking Powder     1 spoon
All purpose flour   1 and 1/3 cup
Powdered Sugar   1 cup
Butter                  100 gm
Milk                     1/3 cup

For Chocolate Frosting:
Cocoa powder     1/3 cup
Sugar                 1 and 1/2 cup
Butter                 100 gm
Milk                    4 spoon
Vanilla essence   1 spoon

For The Whipping Cream:

Instant Whipped Cream Powder      1 packet
Milk                                              90 ml

Sugar syrup :
Sugar         1/2 cup
Water         1/2 cup


Method:
First make the cake batter .In a bowl take eggs, sugar,vanilla essence, salt, melted butter , cocoa powder, milk and all purpose flour. Mix it all together with a whisk or hand mixer for few minutes.After mixing all together put the cake batter into a cake pan and put it into the oven and let it cook for 30-35 minutes(Make sure your oven is  preheated).

Next make the sugar syrup.For that mix the sugar with water and bring it to boil. And let it cool.

Next make the chocolate frosting. For that put the vanilla essence, butter and couple of spoon milk into the sugar and make a paste with using a hand mixer.

After that make the whipped cream.For that put powdered whipped cream into the milk and mix it using a hand mixer and put into the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

After 30-35 minutes cake will be done. Slice it up in the middle and put the sugar syrup into both slices. Now put the chocolate frosting and spread it evenly.Now put the another layer into the 1st layer and put the sugar syrup into the top. Add chocolate frosting and spread all around. Now add whipped cream.Give a design with your choice.Decorate with some red cherries into the top and here your simple version chocolate cake is done.Enjoy...

Honey Chicken Drumsticks Recipe


In this episode i am going to show you how to make Honey Chicken Drumsticks recipe.It is a very yummy and tasty recipe and also very easy to make with few ingredients.I will show you easiest way to make the Honey Chicken Drumsticks Recipe.Lets see what ingredients we need.

Ingredients:

Chicken Drumsticks          4
Veg oil                             2 spoon
Turmeric powder               pinch of
Garam masala powder      1/2 spoon
Salt                                 1 spoon
Ginger and garlic              1 spoon
Black paper powder          1/4 spoon
Tomato ketchup                1/4 cup
Water                              1/3 cup
Honey                              3 spoon
Dark Soy Sauce               2 spoon

Method:
First marinate the chicken.For that we need to mix ginger garlic paste ,salt, turmeric powder and oil into the chicken.Marinate well and let it sit for 10 minutes.Next in sauce pan add tomato ketchup,honey, dark soy sauce , water and black paper powder and mix it well and let boil for 2-3 minutes.Once its boiling the sauce will be done and let it cool. After 10 minutes now put the chicken into the preheated oven for 10 minutes.After 10 minutes its  time add the sauce into the chicken .Add the sauce using a brush and again put into the oven for about 10-15 minutes.You can again add the sauce into the chicken in between. After 15 minutes add little amount of sesame seeds into the top and put into the oven for 2 minutes and it will be done.Sesame seeds is optional.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.It is a very wonderful recipe.I hope you and your family will love it.Just try once and let me know how its comes.ENJOY...

Dahi Puri Recipe (Popular Indian Street food Snacks or Chaat)


In this episode i am going to make Dahi puri or stuffed puris recipe.
Dahipuri, or Dahi puri, is an Indian snack which is especially popular in the state of Maharashtra. The dish is a form of chaat and originates from the city of Mumbai. It is served with mini-puri shells (golgappa), which are more popularly recognized from the dish pani puri. Dahi puri and pani puri chaats are often sold from the same vendor.
Lets see how to make this awesome dahi puri.

Ingredients:

Fried crispy puris
Boiled garbanzo beans
Boiled potato chopped
Potato sev or bhujia
Cucumber chopped
Coriander leaves
Chaat masala
Chopped onion
Chopped green chilli
Black salt
Cumin powder
Red chilli powder
Coriander powder
Coriander chutney
Sweet and sour yogurt
Sweet and sour tamarind chutney

Method:
First take some crispy puris in a plate and make a whole in every puris.Now put all the stuffing except chutneys and spice powder.
After put the stuffings now add yogurt and tamarind into the puris.
Then add green chutney.Again add some extra sev into the top.Now add coriander leaves in it.Now add spices powder like black salt , red chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander powder. Yes your dahi puris are done. You can add extra yogurt and tamarind into the top. Serve immediately otherwise it will be damp.Try this dahi puri and i am sure everyone will love it and they will appreciate you a lot.Enjoy...

Chicken Tikka Kabab Recipe (Indian non veg starter)


In this video i am going to make Chicken Tikka kababs.
Chicken Tikka Kabab is one of the most popular chicken dish  in India.Tikka means bits, pieces or chunks. It is traditionally small pieces of boneless chicken marinate with yogurt and fresh spices baked using skewers in a clay-based oven called a tandoor.It is typically eaten with green coriander  served with onion rings and lemon. You can serve as a starter in any party or use as a main dish in preparing a chicken tikka masala gravy. Lets see how to make this delicious chicken tikka kebabs.

Ingredients:

Boneless chicken              into cubes
Thick yogurt                      3-4 spoon
Red chilli powder               1 spoon
Garam masala powder       1/2 spoon
Kasuri methi powder          1/2 spoon
Ginger garlic paste             1 spoon
Salt                                   1 spoon
Oil                                     3 spoon
Lime juice                          2 spoon
Coriander powder                1 spoon
Red food color                     1/4 spoon
Onion pieces                       cut into chunks
Bel paper                            cut into chunks
Tomato                               cut into chunks
Bamboo skewers                 4-5 (soaked in water)
 
Method:
First mix all the spices and yogurt together and mix it up.Add food color in it.Now mix the chicken pieces with the spices mix and also mix the veges tomato, bel papers and that onion chunks into the chicken and mix it very well.Now set aside for at least 30 minutes.After 30 minutes Now its time to put the marinated chicken and veges into the bamboo skewers.Take a skewers and first put one piece chicken then put one piece bel paper then put one piece onion and then put one piece tomato.Again repeat the same process until complete the one bamboo skewers.Now keep the chicken skewers into the baking tray. Now Put little amount of oil in the top of the chicken. Chicken skewers are ready to go into the oven.Preheated the oven in 200 degree for 10 minutes.Now bake the chicken tikka  in 200 degree for 35-40 minutes.Serve in hot with green chutney in any party or get together.I am sure every one will love this chicken tikka.Enjoy...
