Cucumber and Split Mung Beans Salad Recipe - South Indian Style


In this episode i am going to make Cucumber and split mung beans salad. This is a south indian style salad recipe.Very easy and very healthy.Lets start the recipe.
For this recipe we need only few ingredients.

Ingredients: 
Split mung beans          1/2 cup soaked and washed
Cucumber shredded      1 cup
Carrot shredded            1/2 cup
Coconut shredded         1/2 cup
Green chilli                   1 chopped
Onion                           1 chopped
Coriander leaves            1 spoon
Salt to taste
Mustered seeds             1/2 spoon
Mustered oil                   3 spoon
Curry leaves                   few

Method:
Mix all the ingredients except mustered oil , mustered seeds, curry leaves and salt. Now mix the shredded veges.Now in pan pour the mustered oil  and let it hot.Now add mustered seeds and curry leaves and let them crackle .Now pour the seasoning into the veges and add salt in it and give it a good mix.Now your healthy Cucumber split mung beans salad is ready for the serve.
Serve with rice. Enjoy..

Beetroot Red Rice - Red Pulao  - Healthy Vegetarian South Indian Recipe


In this episode i am going to make Beetroot Rice or Beetroot pulao.Beetroot rice or  pulao recipe is very  easy, healthy and tasty .This is a very popular recipe in south India.Very easy to make and taste is awesome.Lets see what ingredients we will need.

Ingredients:

Rice                                2 cup washed
Beetroot                          1 large shredded
Coconut                          3 spoon
Green peas                     2 spoon
black mustered seeds     1/2 spoon
Green chilli                     1 cut into half
Curry leaves                    few
Cumin seeds                  1/4 spoon
Turmeric powder              1/4 spoon
Salt to taste
Lime juice                        1 or 2 spoon
Oil                                   3 spoon (Veg oil)


Method:
In a pan or pressure cooker add 3 spoon oil. When the oil will be hot in that time add cumin seeds and black mastered seeds,curry leaves,turmeric powder and green chilli and give it a stir. After that add the shredded beetroot into the oil and give it a stir. Now add salt in it and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.After few minutes add shredded coconut into the beetroot and again give a good mix.In this time add the washed rice and mix it thoroughly and let it cook 1-2 minute in low medium heat. After that add green peas and lime juice and stir it. In this time add 4 cups of water and again mix it and put the cover and let it give 1 whistle.And here is your beetroot rice or pulao is ready.You can sprinkle little amount of coriander leaves into the rice.Serve in hot. This rice is very tasty and also that beetroot is very good for our health. Tandoori Chicken Recipe - A popular North Indian dish


In this video i am going to make a very popular recipe that is Tandoori Chicken.This is a very popular non veg appetizer in India. Every non veg people love this Chicken with coriander chutney.Very lipsmaking and tasty recipe.Let me tell you what ingredients will needed.

Ingredients:
Chicken             2 pieces(big)
Hanged yogurt      1/2 - 1 cup
Red chilli powder    1 spoon
Salt                1 spoon
Cumin powder        1 spoon
Coriander powder    1 spoon
Ginger garlic paste 2 spoon
Turmeric powder     1/2 spoon
Lime juice          1 spoon
Kasouri methi pdr   1 spoon
Garam masala        1/2 spoon
Red food color      1/4 spoon
oil                 4-5 spoon
Chaat masala        optional

Method:
First pirk the chicken with a fork. Next take a knife and give very little cut into the chicken pieces so that chicken pieces can absorbe all the masala and they become very tasty.Now apply the first marination.In a plate or bowl take half spoon of red chilly powder, half spoon of salt and 1 spoon lime and mix it and apply to the chicken pieces.Now in another bowl take hunged curd,remaining red chilli powder,cumin powder, coriander powder,lemon juice,salt,turmeric powder, garam masala,ginger garlic paste,kasouri methi powder and red food color and give it a very good mix.Now apply the second marination into the chicken legs and let it sit for about 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.

After 3-4 hours put little amount of oil into the chicken pieces and place it into the baking pan.Put the chicken pieces into the oven for 30-35 minute in 200 degree celsius.After 20 minutes of baking now turn the other side and apply little oil and again put it into the oven.After 30-35 minutes your Tandoori chicken will be done.Its very juicy and delicious and great combination with green coriander chutney and Tandoori roti.Serve hot.I am sure your family will definitely love it.Just try once and let me know your experience.Enjoy...

How To Make Veg Lollipop Or Veg Drumsticks - Indian Appetizers Recipe


In this video i want make veg lollipop or veg drumsticks.It is very easy to make .I will show you in the easiest way.  crunchy outside and soft inside.It is a great Indian appetizers. Lets go ahead.

Ingredients:
Boiled potato                 1 cup
Boiled carrot                  1/4 th cup
Boiled garbanzo beans   1/4 th cup
Capsicum                      1/4 th cup
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder            1 spoon
Turmeric powder             1/2 spoon
Coriander powder            pinch of
Cumin seeds                  1/4 spoon
Corn flour mix water     (1 spoon corn flour mix with 1/2 cup water )
Bread crumbs         for the coating
Bread sticks           (Use baby corn for better result)   


Method:
In a pan add 2 spoon oil and put the cumin seeds and turmeric powder and stir it.  Now add boiled potato, capsicum, boiled garbanzo beans and carrot and mix it .After that add coriander powder , red chilli powder and salt in it.  After 2 minute in medium heat it will be a rough paste and it will done. And let it cool for 10 minutes . After  cool down the potato mixture  now its time to make balls.Take a small portion of potato mixture  and put 1 or 2 bread sticks inside the mixture and give a nice shape like chicken drumsticks. Now put the potato ball into the corn flour mix water for few second and take out and just coat in the bread crumbs.And it is ready to fry in the hot oil. In a pan take enough oil and let it hot in medium heat. Now pour the potato balls one by one and let fry for few minutes.When it looks golden brown your veg lollipop or veg drumsticks will done . How to Make Fruits Chaats or Kulle Chaats


In this episode i want to make fruits chaat. It is call kulle chaat or kuliya chaat in north india. This fruits chaat is very juicy and mouth watering and also very easy to make. For this recipe we need only fruits and veggies. Here i am using my favorite fruits and veggies.You add your favorite fruits.

Ingredients:
Orange
Boiled Potato
Cucumber
Tomato
Sav or bhujia (optional)
Coriander leaves (optional)
Boiled garbanzo beans
Pomegranate seeds
Black salt
Chaat masala

Method :
First cut the Boil potato into half, also cut the tomato same way. Now cut the cucumbers in to small pieces and also peel the orange screen. Now remove the inside part of the fruits and veggies with a knife or spoon.Now  sprinkle little amount of black salt and chaat masala.Add one drops of lime juice in every piece of Fruits and veggies. Next put the boiled garbanzo beans and pomegranate seeds and again sprinkle little amount of black salt and chaat masala into the top of the beans and pomegranate seeds. Again give lime juice  and your Fruits chaat or kulle chaat are done.You can put this chaat into your mouth only in one bite.

Mint Yogurt Chicken Sandwich

In this video i am going to show you how to make Mint yogurt chicken Sandwich . It is very  easy to make .Very yummy, very very flavorful.Lets started.

Ingredients:
Bread slice              6
Chicken (boneless) 
Yogurt                     1 cup
Chopped ginger        1 spoon
Garlic                      few
Green chilly             2 small chopped
Cumin seeds           1/2 spoon
Onion                      1 small chopped
Salt                         1/2 spoon
Coriander powder      1/4 spoon

Method :

First make the green spicy paste., For that in a mixture jar add all the spices and herbs together and blend it and your paste will be ready. Now in a big bowl place the boneless chicken. Add blended green spice paste, yogurt, salt and coriander powder and mix it and set aside for 10 minutes.After 10 minutes in a pan add 2 spoon of oil and let it heat. After heat the oil now place the marinated chicken in to it and give it a stir. Put the lid on and let it cook for about 10 minutes in medium heat. After 10 minutes again give it a stir and let it cook for another 3-4 minute in low medium heat and then your mint yogurt chicken will be done.Next Transfer the chicken in to a bowl and let it cool.
After cool the chicken now put the minty chicken into your bread and spread it evenly and put another piece of bread over the minty chicken.Now your mint yogurt chicken sandwich is done.Just cut the sandwich in triangle shape or one corner to another corner.

Tri Color Cake Independence Day Special 15th August


In this video i am going to make a tri color cake for our independence day of India. It is a three layerd cake and also color will be three and its looking like indian flags color.Lets gets started.

Ingredients:

All purpose flour   3 cups(small cup)
Sugar               2 cups
Egg                 3
milk                1 cup
butter              1 cup
pinch of salt
orenge color
green color
baking powder      1 spoon

For the frosting:

Butter          100 gm
Sugar           2 cup
Vanilla essence 1/2-1 spoon
Milk            4-5 spoon


Method:

In a bowl take app purpose flour,salt, baking powder and whisk it. Now add eggs and butter, mix it.Then add sugar and again give it a mix.Add milk in it and mix it and your cake batter will be done.
Now devide the cake batter in to three equal part.Now Add the food color orange and green in the two bowls mixture.Now prepare the cake pan. For that take white regular paper or parchment paper.It helps to comie out the cake from the pan easily.Now pour the cake batter in to the pan and bake it separate separate for 20 minute. Now make the frosting.Add sugar,vanilla essence,4 spoon milk into the butter and mix it.Now Add this frosting in between the cake layers.And your tri layers cake is done. Fried Chicken Drumsticks Recipe

 

In this video i am going to make Spicy fried chicken drumsticks recipe. Very yummy crispy in out side and juicy inside.Very very wonderful recipe.Lets see what ingredients will be needed.
 
Ingredients:

Chicken legs 4
Ginger garlic onion paste 2-3 spoon
Red chilly 1/2 spoon
Salt 1/2 spoon
Turmeric 1/2 spoon
Cumin powder 1/2 spoon
Coriander powder 1/2 spoon
Chicken masala 1 spoon
Cilantro leaves few

Method:

First mix all the spices together with the chicken except cilantro and set aside for 10 minute.After 10 minute its time to fry the marinated chicken. For that take 1 cup all purpose flour in a plate and add little amount of salt. Mix it. Now take a chicken drumsticks and deep it into the flour mixture and your chicken drumsticks are ready to go for fry.In pan add enough oil and let it hot.Hit should be low.Now place the chicken legs one by one and let it cook. After 2 minute turn the other side and let it cook for 15-20 minute. When its looks crunchy and beautiful in color your chicken drumsticks will be done. Bengali Egg Curry Recipe


In this video i am going to make Bengali style egg curry. Very easy and yummy recipe. Lets see what ingredients will needed.

Ingredients:
Egg                 4-6
Onion paste     2 medium size
Salt to taste
Grated Ginger       pinch off
Sugar                  1/2 spoon
Cumin powder      1 spoon
Coriander powder  1 spoon
Red chilly powder  1 spoon
Garam masala       1 spoon
Bay leaf                 1
Cardamom             1
Cinnamon                1 stick

Method:
First boil the egg. Now sprinkle little turmeric powder and red chilly powder in to the boiled egg and mix it.Next fry the boiled egg until it looks golden brown. In the left over oil fry the spices. First give the bay leaves, cardamom and cinnamon and turmeric. Now add onion paste  and Stir it. Add salt and again give a good stir and let it cook for about 4-5 minute. When the oil will separate from the onion then add red chilly powder ,coriander powder and cumin powder. Mix it and add little amount of water in to the mixture. After that add garam masala in it and mix it. If your spice mixture is looking so thick then add little more water in it and let it cook again 2-3 minute.After that add pinch off sugar . Now add fried eggs in to the spice mixture and give a stir.When the oil will loosing out then your egg curry  will be done.It is very yummy recipe. You can serve this with rice ,ruti, bread, paratha or naan. Just try once i am sure your family or friends will love it.Enjoy..

How to Make Bread Gulab Jamun Recipe


In this video i am going to show you how to make gulab jamun from bread.Very easy and simple to make bread gulab jamun and taste is not exactly as the real one but it so delicious and yummy. Lets see what ingredients will needed.

Ingredients:
Bread        few slices
Milk          1-2 cup       
Sugar        1 cup
Water        1 cup
Cardamom  2 

Method :
First make the sugar syrup.For that in a sauce pan take 1 cup sugar with 1 cup water and also 2 cardamom and let it boil for 4-5 minute. When it look one string consistency then your sugar syrup will be done. Now cut the edges of the bread slices and deep it into the milk for one bye one and squeeze it. Now it will be look like a dough. Take small portion of bread dough and give it round shape with your pumps.Now its time for fry. In a pan take oil and fry it in low medium hit.Fry it for 5 minute and  When its look brown or red in color your bread gulab jamun will be ready and keep it in the sugar syrup for 2-3 hour. You can keep this bread gulab jamun 5-6 hours also. You can keep in refrigerator for few days. Serve it with tea or coffee. Enjoy..

How to make Sweet Yogurt Lassi

 

In this video i am going to show you how to make sweet yogurt lassi.Lassi is a very refreshing and healthy drink for hot summer days.Summer seasons are going on so here is the lassi recipe for you that you can enjoy your summer days.

Ingredients:
Plain Yogurt 2 cup fresh and cool
Sugar 1 cup or 1/2 cup
Salt pinch of
Water 1/2 cup
Ice cubes

Method:
In a mixer grinder jar pour the yogurt ,sugar,water and salt and blend it for few second and your sweet yogurt lassi is done. Now take the ice cubes into your serving glass and pour the blended yogurt.Garnish with cherry sliced. You can garnish your favorite like pistachio, almond etc etc. Enjoy your sweet lassi with family, friends in the hot summer seasons.

Bread Potato Rolls or Cutlets


In this video i want to show you how to make bread potato rolls or cutlets. This is a perfect snack with afternoon tea or served as an appetizer.Lets see what ingredients is needed.

Ingredients:
Bread few slice
Potato boil 1 medium
Carrot boil 1 medium
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves 1 spoon
Green chilli 1 chopped
Onion 1 medium chopped
Cumin seeds little amount
Cumin powder pinch of
Garam masala 1/2 spoon
Oil for fry
Red chilli powder 1/2 spoon

Method:
First add 2 spoon oil in pan. Now add all the spices and carrot and boil potato and fry it for 2 minute.Mesh the potato and carrot with the spices and make a mixture and let it cool down for 10 minute.When potato mixture will be cool make small balls from the mixture. Now cut the edges of the bread. In a bowl take some water and deep it the bread slice and squeeze it with your pumps.Now take a potato balls and place in to the bread and make a round balls and fry it in hot oil for 4-5 minute in medium hit.
When it looks beautiful golden brown in color your bread potato rolls or cutlet will be done. This rolls are very crunchy and mouth watering.Just try once and your family , friends and your kids will definitely love it. Serve them hot with sweet and sour chutney.Enjoy..

How to make Bread Dahi Vada Recipe

In this video i am gonna show you how to make bread dahi vada recipe.It is a very mouth watering and delicious recipe as you can serve as a snacks.Once prepared you should serve these dahi vada immediately. A quick to make and tongue tickling snack - Bread Dahi Vada is simply breathtaking. Lets see the ingredients and the prepare method.

Ingredients
Bread      6 pieces                   
yogurt             
Sweet and sour tamarind chutney
Cumin powder         pinch of
Coriander powder     pinch of
Red chilly powder    pinch of
Salt                        pinch of

Method:
First cut the bread in round shape. For that you can use  shapes cutter but i used sharped steel bowl. Once the rounded bread slices will done then put the other ingredients into the bread sliced.
Take one slice of bread then put one spoon of grated coconut into the middle of the bread.Then take another slice of bread and put it into top of the coconut and press it very little. Complete the rest of the bread same way. Now put the sweet yogurt  and sweet and sour tamarind sauce over the bread sliced. Then sprinkle the spice powder and your bread dahi bada is ready for serve.This is a instant dahi vada. You can garnish with mint leaves or coriander leaves into it. Also you can use mint chutney into it. Just try once and i am sure that you will definitely love it. Enjoy..
