Chocolate Mousse Recipe - Valentine's Day Special
Valentine's Day, also known as Saint Valentine's Day or the Feast of Saint Valentine, is a holiday observed on February 14 each year. It is celebrated in many countries around the world, although it is not a holiday in most of them.
In this special day every one try to make something special food to his/her valentine.For my valentine i am going to make delicious Chocolate Mousse.For this recipe we need some ingredients.Lets see what we need.
Ingredients :
Chocolate 1 cup
Egg yolk 1
Egg white 1 or 2
Sugar 2-3 spoon
Whipping cream 1 cup
Butter 2 spoon
Vanilla essence 1 spoon
Salt pinch of
Method:
In a bowl add butter and chocolate and melt them together in double boiler process.Once they are melt then set them aside.Next in bowl add the egg yolks and sugar together and mix it well.Then put them in double boiler until the egg cooked well or once the egg mixture change the color then they are done.After that mix the cooked egg batter into the chocolate mixture and mix it well.Then beat the egg white using a hand mixture and mix it with the chocolate batter.Gently mix the egg whites and it will be a beautiful mixture.Then add 3-4 spoon whipping cream into the chocolate mixture and gently fold it.Once it is mixed perfectly then add rest of the whipping cream and again mix it well.Once they are nicely mixed up then our chocolate mousse is done.Now pour them into your favorite glass or bowl and then wrap it with a plastic wrap and keep it in refrigerator for about minimum 4 hours or you could keep it overnight.After that unwrap the plastic wrap and garnish it with your favorite fresh fruits, whipping cream or you could use chocolate curl in the top.I like to garnish with some whipping cream, maraschino cherry and few mint leaves at the side.This is very easy, simple and delicious dessert for the valentine's Day party or you could make it in any special seasons.Try this beautiful Chocolate mousse and i am sure your love one will love it so much.Enjoy..Happy Valentine's Day !!
