Dahi Puri Recipe (Popular Indian Street food Snacks or Chaat)


In this episode i am going to make Dahi puri or stuffed puris recipe.
Dahipuri, or Dahi puri, is an Indian snack which is especially popular in the state of Maharashtra. The dish is a form of chaat and originates from the city of Mumbai. It is served with mini-puri shells (golgappa), which are more popularly recognized from the dish pani puri. Dahi puri and pani puri chaats are often sold from the same vendor.
Lets see how to make this awesome dahi puri.

Ingredients:

Fried crispy puris
Boiled garbanzo beans
Boiled potato chopped
Potato sev or bhujia
Cucumber chopped
Coriander leaves
Chaat masala
Chopped onion
Chopped green chilli
Black salt
Cumin powder
Red chilli powder
Coriander powder
Coriander chutney
Sweet and sour yogurt
Sweet and sour tamarind chutney

Method:
First take some crispy puris in a plate and make a whole in every puris.Now put all the stuffing except chutneys and spice powder.
After put the stuffings now add yogurt and tamarind into the puris.
Then add green chutney.Again add some extra sev into the top.Now add coriander leaves in it.Now add spices powder like black salt , red chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander powder. Yes your dahi puris are done. You can add extra yogurt and tamarind into the top. Serve immediately otherwise it will be damp.Try this dahi puri and i am sure everyone will love it and they will appreciate you a lot.Enjoy...
